“In his quest for the Fountain of Youth, the famed explorer Ponce de Léon encounters the Aztec goddess Coatlicue, mother of miscarriages, and the pair begins a love affair that lasts through the ages...” Such is the story that unfolds in the strange museum of a roadside attraction, hosted by a choir of sinister and delightful dead babies: featuring human sacrifice, meddlesome gods, and the end of the world more than once.
